1.Customer Technical Support
Responsible for addressing customer technical inquiries, including product selection, parameter matching, and application design (e.g., IGBT drive circuit optimization, thermal design for power devices).
Assist customers in resolving product application issues (e.g., EMI interference, failure analysis), provide solutions, and drive internal improvements.
2.Solution Design and Demo Support
Develop reference designs or provide simulation support based on customer requirements (e.g., power topology solutions using SiC devices).
Set up demonstration environments (Demo boards) and support the sales team in technical presentations and product promotions.
3.Cross-Department Collaboration
Relay customer needs to R&D teams to drive product optimization or customized development (e.g., automotive-grade certification requirements).
Assist the marketing department in creating technical documentation (Datasheets, application notes, white papers).
